Yes, our campsite is open all year.
DOES THE CAMPSITE HAVE A PARKING SPACE FOR CARS?
We have a free parking space available for Bungalows. Any other type of parking supposes an additional cost.
DOES THE CAMPSITE HAVE A CAR RENTAL?
Yes, we collaborate with an external company. You can manage it directly from reception.

IS THERE WATER ON THE PITCHES?
Yes, but not in all of them.

We have a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

All Bungalows or Mobile-homes have free Wi-Fi, for plots it is subject to payment. Please ask at reception.
IS THERE TV IN THE BUNGALOWS?
Bungalows have a tv and it’s free.
AT WHAT TIME CAN I ENTER THE CAMPSITE THE ARRIVAL DAY?
The entrance to bungalows is from 5:00 p.m. and to plots from 12:00 p.m. If the site is free before, it can be occupied without any additional cost.
WHAT TIME DO WE HAVE TO LEAVE THE CAMPSITE ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE?
For bungalows you have time until 11:00 a.m. and for plots until 12:00 p.m.
It is possible to stay at the campsite until 7:00 p.m. if the emplacement is not reserved, paying a supplement.
DO THE BUNGALOWS HAVE KITCHEN UTENSILS?
All our bungalows have basic kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery, a frying pan and a small pot. In addition, except the Cabins, they have a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with a courtesy service and cups of coffee.
DO THE BUNGALOWS HAVE BED LINEN AND TOWELS?
All our bungalows and mobile homes have bed linen. Our lodgings do not have towels, you can bring them from home or rent them at reception. The client can also bring what he considers necessary for his total comfort.
ARE PETS ALLOWED AT THE CAMPSITE?
Yes, they are allowed in most of the stays, as long as they are tied up and do not cause inconvenience to the other campers. They have an additional cost.
We don’t allow pets in Mobile Home Elegance, and Bungalows: Le Club, Le Trianon and Dolphin.
If you come with a dog to our cabins, blankets won’t be provided.
CAN I DO BARBECUES? IS THERE A PARTICULAR AREA TO DO THEM?
Yes, you can. We have an area enabled to make barbecues. They can also be done at their own plots using charcoal.
DOES THE POOL HAVE SURVEILLANCE?
Yes, it has surveillance, the lifeguard is always monitoring while the pool is open.
CAN I CHOOSE A PRECISE LOCATION OR DOES THE CAMPSITE ASSIGN IT?
Yes, the client can choose an emplacement if it is available, and it fits well with the reservations system of the campsite.
The Campsite will not be able to guarantee the requested plot number, but will always try to assign another with similar characteristics.
IS THE CAMPSITE NEAR THE BEACH?
Yes, our campsite is only 200 meters from the beach. It is easily accessible.
IS IT A SAND OR STONE BEACH?
Our beaches are sandy, the closest are “Torre la sal” and “Las Amplaries”.
WHAT DISTANCE IS THE NEAREST VILLAGE?
We are 3 km from Oropesa del Mar, and only 900m from Marina D’Or, with its leisure centres and theme parks.
IS THERE ANY FUN ZONE NEAR THE CAMPSITE?
We are next to the Marina d’Or tourist complex, which has eight theme parks and offers fun and entertainment for the whole family (according to season).
WHERE CAN I MAKE MY PURCHASES?
There are two supermarkets 1 km away, another smaller one approximately 500m away, and you can also find a small oblivion shop inside the restaurant of our campsite.
I HAVE CHILDREN AND THEY WANT TO CARRY BICYCLES; CAN THEY USE THEM INSIDE THE CAMPSITE?
They can use them inside as long as they respect the speed limit of 10 km / hour and while there is sunlight.
HOW DOES LAUNDRY WORK?
The machines work with euros and the cost is € 4 for the washing machine (detergent and softener included), and € 3,50 for the dryer.
IS IT CONVENIENT TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?
It is always convenient to make reservations in advance to ensure availability.
