Cancellation terms
The customer may cancel reservations made. Camping Riberamar undertakes to refund the amounts that the customer had paid, discounting the percentages of the total reserve, which are detailed below:
- 20 % of total booking if cancellation is made more than 30 days before the chosen date.
- 50 % of total booking if cancellation is made between 30 and 15 days before the chosen date.
- 60% if the cancellation is made between 15 and 7 days in advance.
- 100 % of total booking if cancellation is made after 7 days or less from the date reserved.
